Service description
30 Second Vitals provides a camera-based health check-in, account area, explanations and optional trend features. Marker availability can depend on country, device, scan quality, eligibility and subscription.
Important health limitation
The service provides estimates and general information. It does not provide a diagnosis, emergency assessment or substitute for a validated device or qualified healthcare professional. Do not use it to change medicine or delay seeking care.
Eligibility and responsible use
The initial service is intended for adults aged 18 or over who meet displayed eligibility rules. Users must provide accurate information, keep their account secure, use their own camera and results, and not attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You can try the service for seven days without adding a payment card. After the trial, continued subscription access is offered at £4.99 per month. You are not charged automatically at the end of a card-free trial: you must choose to subscribe. The checkout confirms the amount and billing terms before you pay. A paid monthly subscription renews until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through Settings → Manage subscription. Contact contact@mylocalsurgery.co.uk for billing or refund questions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Availability and support
The service may reject poor-quality scans, change supported markers and experience interruptions. For account, billing or service concerns, contact contact@mylocalsurgery.co.uk. The service is owned by My Local Surgery Ltd (company number 15399324), Old Poultry Shed, Farley Lane, Braishfield, Romsey, SO51 0QL. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
